Refund policy

If your item has any issues please contact marketing@adarsh.com.au. We will help you troubleshoot your issue. We will follow the customer support / RMA process of the original manufacturer of the product. This means we may troubleshoot and fix any issues, or help you return or exchange the product.

If a return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

An exchange will only be offered on faulty or defective items. If you need to exchange your item, please send an email to 3d@adarsh.com.au outlining the reasons along with photos for exchange and our customer service team will be happy to provide assistance.

Please note that, once a return has been authorised, returns will need to be sent to the Adarsh Investments owned site at the following address: 395 Victoria Drive, Malaga, WA 6090.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some exceptions to returns may apply. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We also do not except change of mind returns. Unfortunately, returns of wrongly ordered products may incur significant restocking fees, or not be possible at all. If you order the wrong product, please be sure to contact our team straight away as returns past approximately 7 days, may not be possible.

3D Printers Perth upholds the right to pass on restocking fees from suppliers and/or distributors, or not allow restocking of wrongly ordered goods.

 

Shipping
You may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning and exchanging your item. Shipping costs may be non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your item to reach you may vary. You may wish to consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We retain the right to charge a restocking fee for any change of mind orders.
