Formlabs Flexible 80A Resin
Flexible 80A Resin V1 is a stiff, soft-touch, translucent elastomer with an 80A Shore durometer that is ideal for prototyping rubber-like parts with the flexibility of harder rubber or TPU.
Balancing softness with strength, Flexible 80A Resin can withstand bending, flexing, and compression, even through repeated cycles. The “80A” in the name represents the material’s Shore durometer. If you need a less stiff flexible material, try Elastic 50A Resin.
Flexible 80A Resin V1 is compatible with Form 3 Series printers. Choose Flexible 80A Resin V2 on Form 4 Series printers for an improved formulation with 4x higher rebound, 2x higher tear strength and elongation at break, and improved printability, aesthetics, and aging.
